As I laced up my sneakers and stepped outside, I decided to walk around my neighbourhood in hopes of clearing my mind. The sun was just beginning to rise, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. I could feel the cool morning air on my skin, and with each step I took, I could feel the stress melting away. As I walked, I began to notice the small details around me - the chirping of birds, the rustling of leaves in the wind, the smell of freshly cut grass.
