Walking has always been a part of my daily routine. Still, it wasn't until recently that I truly understood the incredible benefits it has on both my physical and mental well-being. It all started one morning when I woke up feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The world's weight seemed to be sitting on my shoulders, and I wasn't sure how to shake it off. As I laced up my sneakers and stepped outside, I decided to walk around my neighbourhood in hopes of clearing my mind. The sun was just beginning to rise, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange.
